2 x Electrical Site Supervisors | Commercial Construction | Nambour & Caloundra

Daniel Yelkovan from ri-kroot is currently looking for 2 x experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to run day-to-day operations electrical contractor delivering design-and-construct packages across commercial buildings, warehouses and retail developments. Current work includes new shopping-centre projects on the Sunshine Coast and in North Brisbane. These are permanent roles in a family-friendly business that offers practical flexibility, direct access to senior leaders and genuine progression toward Project Management.

What you’ll do

- Supervise electrical installations across rough-in and fit-off, lighting, power distribution, switchgear, MSBs/DBs, access control, communications and data.
- Plan and coordinate daily works with builders, the Project Manager and internal teams.
- Lead electricians, apprentices and subcontractors, setting clear priorities and quality expectations.
- Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks, maintaining WHS compliance and safe work practices.
- Manage procurement, deliveries, materials and accurate site documentation.
- Track progress, variations and deliverables in Simpro or similar,



identify risks early and support O&M; handover documentation.
- Mentor apprentices and uphold company standards across the site team.

What you’ll bring

- Current QLD Electrical Licence and White Card (mandatory).
- Commercial construction experience, including at least two years as a supervisor or leading hand.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, plans and specifications.
- Sound knowledge of Australian Standards and WHS requirements.
- Clear leadership, communication and organisation, with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
- Experience with Simpro or similar job management software is desirable.
- Current driver's licence and full working rights in Australia.
