Universal Store in Eagle Farm, Brisbane, is seeking an experienced Injury Management Advisor to join the People & Culture team. You will own end-to-end injury management, workers compensation claims, and return-to-work programs across our national business.
This role requires collaboration with leaders, healthcare professionals, rehabilitation providers and insurers to achieve compliant, positive outcomes while supporting injured team members through recovery and protected return-to-work.
