Rate: $105.78 per hour inc super / $846.37 per day inc super (based 8 hours)

Talent is currently seeking an experienced Senior Systems Administrator / Senior Computer Systems Officer to join a large Queensland Government Department based in Brisbane, CBD.

n

The opportunity:

n

This is a senior technical role suited to someone with strong experience across Microsoft enterprise environments, PowerShell, C# .NET, SCCM, Intune, Azure and Microsoft Graph. You'll work across complex operating system, endpoint and server platforms, helping design, maintain and improve critical ICT services.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Designing, developing, maintaining and troubleshooting solutions across Windows operating systems, endpoint and server platforms
n
- Developing automation, scripts and tooling using PowerShell and C# .NET
n
- Working across SCCM, Intune, Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Graph
n
- Investigating complex technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing robust solutions
n
- Building and maintaining configuration items and Graph-based integrations
n
- Reviewing technical designs, code and implementation approaches
n




- Producing high-quality technical documentation
n
- Mentoring team members and contributing to peer reviews
n
- Improving processes, knowledge sharing and operational supportability
n
- Working collaboratively across technical teams to understand requirements and challenge assumptions where appropriate.
n

You'll ideally bring:

n

n
- Advanced experience across operating systems, endpoint and server platforms
n
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation capability
n
- Development experience with C# .NET
n
- Hands‐on experience with SCCM and Intune
n
- Robust knowledge of Microsoft Azure services
n
- Experience working with Microsoft Graph / Graph-based integrations
n
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem‐solving skills
n
- An ability to design solutions that are practical, maintainable and supportable
n
- Strong technical documentation and communication skills
n
- Experience reviewing technical work and mentoring other team members.
