$34.96 per hour (inclusive of casual loading)

About the role

n

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our PCYC team to provide positive experiences to young people. In this varied and flexible role, classified as a Gymnastics Coach under our Enterprise Agreement, you'll do more than just teach skills—you'll role model our core values of Respect, Commitment, Resilience, Integrity, and Citizenship every day.

- Delivering exciting, safe and inclusive gymnastics classes
n
- Designing and planning engaging lesson content tailored to different ages and abilities
n
- Supporting customer service and admin tasks to ensure smooth operations
n




- Creating an environment that encourages resilience, teamwork and confidence
n
- Coaching across a wide range of programs - from Kindergym to Trampoline, TeamGym to Parkour, Cheerleading to Artistic Gymnastics

About You

n

Are you a passionate person and have flexibility to work afternoons and evenings, school holidays and weekends? As well as;

n

n
- Loves working with kids and creating a positive, protected environment
n
- Has a strong interest in gymnastics or sport (Gymnastics Coaching Accreditation desirable – or willingness to obtain)
n
- Brings strong communication, reliability, and teamwork to the role
n
- Has (or can obtain) a Working with Children Check and National Police Check
n
- Previous experience in coaching, youth work, or customer service is a bonus!
n
