Telic Group seeks a passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Felix, a small, busy pasta and wine bar in Launceston. This part-time role is 34 hours per week across a four-day week with three-day weekends, and you’ll run the kitchen solo most days with occasional support staff during peaks.

Ideal candidates have pasta/Italian experience, are confident and calm working independently, and bring robust organizational skills, menu planning, costing, and kitchen management.
