Hiring: Compensation & Benefits Specialist (3-Month Contract)

Location: Regents Park, NSW (100% Onsite)

Type: Full-Time | 3-Month Contract

Day Rate: $600 – $700 + Super (Versatile based on experience)

We're partnering with a fast-paced manufacturing business based in Regents Park to bring on an experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist for an immediate-start 3-month contract.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Reviewing and benchmarking existing base pay, wage structures, and site-based allowances.
n
- Managing end-to-end benefits administration (health, insurance, and local perks).
n
- Analyzing market data to ensure our pay structures remain competitive.
n




- Ensuring compliance with relevant modern awards, agreements, and labor standards.
n
- Collaborating directly with HR leaders and site managers to solve reward challenges.
n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Proven C&B; Experience: Strong background in salary benchmarking, job grading, and benefits management.
n
- Industry Experience: Prior exposure to manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments is a huge plus.
n
- Analytical Mindset: Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with complex HR/payroll data.
n
- Onsite Presence: Able to commit to working 100% onsite at the Regents Park location for the duration of the contract.
