About the role

n

Join a leading truck OEM in a national role supporting fleet organisations across Australia with all things aftersales. If you have experience dealing with FMOs or with other automotive businesses at a high level and consider yourself able to think on your feet and solve problems, we would love to hear from you!

Duties

n

n
- Manage and maintain relationships with national fleet customers, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction
n
- Provide technical and operational support to fleet sales teams, including service cost analysis and maintenance solutions
n




- Coordinate andassistwith fleet-related projects, helping drive operational efficiency and customer outcomes
n
- Attend customer meetings, industry events, and fleet functions across Australia
n
- Work closely with dealer networks and workshop teams to resolve service issues andminimisevehicle downtime
n
- Please note some travel is required; approx. 3-4 nights per month away from home. Flexibility around how this is structured.

Skills and experience

n

n
- Mechanical trade background with robust technical knowledge of vehicle servicing and maintenance
n
- Experience managing fleet customers, service operations, or aftersales support within the automotive or transport industry
n
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
n
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy with confidence using business systems and reporting tools
n
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, andorganisationalskills with the ability to work autonomously
n
