The Payroll Agency | Payroll Specialist Recruiter - (phone hidden)

The Payroll Agency has partnered with a business in the recruitment of a Payroll Business Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis.

n

This company thrives on development and improvements and this role will contribute to ensuring processes are at optimum efficiency.

n

Duties include:

n

n
- Gathering and documenting processes such as process maps.
n
- Future process analysis such as identifying risk/benefits etc.
n
- Running discovery workshops.
n
- Projects.
n
- Data analysis, stakeholder engagements and other reporting.
n

n

In order to be considered please ensure you have:

n

n
- Experience in projects and/or leadership such as a Payroll Manager role.
n
- Ability to go to Parramatta 2-3 days a week - they are hybrid and super flexible.
n

n

In return you will receive a generous salary, which can be negotiated and discussed - around the $150k - $170k + Super mark.

n
