Your Recent Role
n
Reporting to the Youth Club Manager, you will be one of our many valuable Youth Support Workers who work in close consultation with youth and community to provide individualised one-on-one support and assistance to young people who need additional or specialised help. You provide information, advice and referrals to service the young person needs when appropriate (e.g referrals for; drug or alcohol, mental health, housing, legal, education, domestic and family violence services). About You
n
n
- Minimum Certificate IV in youth work, community development/welfare, human services or related discipline or equivalent to 3 years experience in the social and community sector
n
- Experience in undertaking youth related activities
n
- Hold a current drivers' licence or a light rigid driver's licence, and a Restricted Drivers' Authority (or ability to obtain)
n
- Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate (or able to obtain)
n
