Job Description

Toowoomba Mechanical is seeking a friendly and organized second Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis, working a 9 day fortnight. Based in our Toowoomba, QLD office, this role is essential in providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our Company.

What you'll be doing

n

Welcoming and greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner

n

Answering and directing incoming phone calls

n

Scheduling and managing customer appointments and bookings

n

Assisting with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and invoice processing

n

Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area

n

Supporting the wider team with any additional duties as required

n

What we're looking for

n

Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

n

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

n

Proficiency with standard office software such as Microsoft Office

n

A friendly, professional and helpful demeanour

n

The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Week One - 7:30AM - 4:45PM (Monday - Thursday) - (7:30AM - 2:00PM Friday)

Week Two - 7:30AM - 4:45PM (Monday - Thursday) - (Friday off, 3 Day weekend)
