Our Client is a Scaffolding Storage and Distribution company who are looking for Skilled Yard Labourers to join their tight team based in Emu Plains for an ASAP start

n

Refurbishing, picking and building scaffolding- your duties will include but not be limited to;

n

n
- Sanding and Grinding Heavy Steel
n
- Work closely with Production Engineers and production personnel in developing and improving production processes.
n
- Painting
n
- Drilling holes
n
- Using Power Tools
n
- Heavy repetitive lifting
n
- Must be capable of heavy lifting due to the physical demands of the role
n
- Reading Plans and Joints
n
- Applying stickers
n
- Following work order paperwork
n
- Using Stanley knifes to cut gaskets if required
n
- Attention to detail a must
n

n

To be successful in this role you will possess the following:

n

n
- Skilled Factory experience with demonstrated experience in production/manufacturing setting
n
- Minimum 2 years factory work experience in any production environment required
n
- Minimum 2-3 years of factory/production experience required
n
- Attention to detail and exceptional level of concentration
n
- Some experience with power tools is essential for this position
n
- Basic familiarity with power tools required for this position
n




- TIG / MIG and ARC welding experience (desired)
n
- Trade Qualified Carpenters will be considered and Pay rate will vary depending
n
- Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
n

n

This is a day shift position with the hours 6-2pm

n
