As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you'll play a key role in scaling KPay's sales organisation across Australia. Working closely with hiring managers, you'll identify, attract, and hire high-calibre sales professionals who will directly contribute to the company's growth.
n
This opportunity is ideal for someone with 0-2 years of recruitment experience who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment, and wants to build a long-term career in Talent Acquisition.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
- Own the recruitment process for high-volume sales hiring across Australia.
n
- Source top sales talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, referrals, networking, and proactive outbound sourcing.
n
- Conduct phone interviews to assess communication skills, motivation, and sales potential.
n
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support ongoing business growth.
n
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver exceptional talent.
n
- Coordinate interviews and provide an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
n
- Track recruitment KPIs, maintain accurate ATS records, and continuously improve recruitment performance.
n
- Contribute ideas to strengthen sourcing strategies, employer branding, and hiring efficiency.
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
- 0-2 years of recruitment experience in either an agency or in-house Talent Acquisition environment.
n
- Experience recruiting sales, business development, retail, hospitality, customer service, or other high-volume roles is highly regarded.
n
- Comfortable working towards recruitment KPIs and hiring targets.
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
n
- A proactive, resilient mindset with a genuine passion for recruitment.
n
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple vacancies in a quick-paced environment.
n
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
