Job Description

We are partnering with a progressive inner-west Melbourne council delivering a $200M+ capital works program. This role is ideal for an experienced Structural Civil Project Manager with a strong background in building large-scale sewer infrastructure projects, with road projects to follow mid-year. The next 5 months you will be checking the quality of work being delivered by builders at the final stages of some key projects based in the west.
n The Role
n You will lead the delivery of major sewer construction works as part of a large capital program, managing projects from planning through to completion. The role requires strong on-site leadership, contractor management, and public-sector delivery experience.
n Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end delivery of building and major sewer infrastructure projects ($40M–$200M)
n
- On-site management of contractors, consultants, safety, quality, and program
n
- Superintendent's Representative duties
n
- Procurement,



tendering, contract administration, and reporting
n
- Governance, change control, and stakeholder management
n

About You

n

n
- Proven experience managing building large sewer construction projects in Australia
n
- Background across local government, water authorities, consultancies, or Tier contractors
n
- Strong in office delivery and contractor management experience
n
- Experience delivering major civil, road, and/or building projects
n
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction or Project Management
n
- White Card and Victorian Driver's Licence
n
