The Role

This position is ideal for someone with 1–3 years' experience in risk, compliance, or governance, who is eager to broaden their skills and make a meaningful impact. You'll support the development, implementation,
and monitoring of the organisation's compliance framework while working closely with stakeholders across the business.

Key responsibilities

- Assist in the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of compliance and governance frameworks
n
- Conduct compliance monitoring, reviews, and reporting
n
- Support risk assessments and control testing activities
n
- Help ensure regulatory obligations are identified, understood, and met
n
- Provide general compliance advice to stakeholders and **escalate** issues
n
- Contribute to policy development, procedure updates, and training materials
