We're expanding our dedicated Victorian service team and looking for a driven, hands-on Field Service Technician based in Dandenong South.

What You'll Be Doing

n

As a key face of KDT, no two days will be the same. You'll be out in the field keeping our clients' workshops running at peak performance:

n

- Field Operations: Perform scheduled maintenance, rapid breakdown repairs, and current machine installations across Victoria.
n
- Customer Collaboration: Work directly with cabinet makers, shopfitters, and joiners to solve technical challenges on-site.
n
- Clear Communication: Keep our Service Manager in the loop with swift job feedback and accurate job updates.
n
- Quality & Safety: Maintain exceptionally high safety standards while delivering first-class technical work.

What We're Looking For

n

You take pride in fixing complex gear and have a strong drive to keep learning new technology. You bring:

n

n
- Trade Background:



Cert III in Mechanical or Electrical (or equivalent hands-on trade training). Unrestricted or Restricted Electrical Licence is highly regarded.
n
- Industrial Experience: Solid background servicing, maintaining, or troubleshooting industrial machinery.
n
- Problem-Solving Power: Superior fault-finding and diagnostic skills to troubleshoot complex mechanical/electrical issues.
n
- Autonomy & Attitude: Ability to manage your day on the road independently while staying connected to the team.
n
- Licence: Valid Australian Driver's Licence (Required).
n
