About the Role

n

Reporting to site leadership, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of warehouse operations, ensuring stock is received, stored, and dispatched safely, accurately, and on time.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch.
n
- Maintain inventory accuracy through effective planning, stock management, and reporting.
n
- Ensure DIFOT targets and operational KPIs are achieved and maintained.
n
- Promote and drive a strong workplace health and safety culture.
n
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse personnel to maximise productivity and accountability.
n
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
n
- Prepare and deliver operational, inventory, and performance reports.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer and business objectives are met.
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

n

n
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar leadership role.
n
- Robust understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes.
n
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and reporting platforms.
n
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
n
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
n
- A commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
n
- Qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business (desirable).
n

- Available to commence ASAP.

- Ability to successfully pass an instant drug and alcohol screen.

- Ability to provide two recent contactable work references.
