Action Workforce is currently seeking an experienced Electronics Assembly Operator to join a leading manufacturing team based in Dandenong. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work within a well-established electronics manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Operating wave soldering and selective soldering machines
n
- Mechanical and box build assembly
n
- Assembling electronic components to specification
n
- Performing quality inspections and maintaining high workmanship standards
n
- Following production schedules and work instructions
n
- Maintaining a clean and safe work setting
n

n

To Be Successful You Will Have

n

n
- Previous experience working in an electronics manufacturing environment
n




- Experience operating wave soldering and/or selective soldering equipment
n
- Mechanical and box build assembly experience
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
n
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
n
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
n
- Monday to Friday availability is essential
n
