Retail Sales Assistant – AU Brisbane (QLD)

Full‐time role located in AU Brisbane (QLD). Store training provided.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, both in‐store and over the phone.
n
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and titration studies for sleep‐disordered breathing.
n
- Collaborate with physicians to develop personalized treatment plans.
n
- Educate customers and families on sleep disorders and therapy options.
n
- Fit and recommend CPAP masks and equipment tailored to individual needs.
n
- Provide setup, training, and ongoing support for CPAP therapy.
n
- Follow up with customers to ensure therapy compliance and satisfaction.
n
- Promote and upsell products and services based on customer needs.
n
- Maintain a clean, organized clinic and retail space.
n
- Handle payments, manage banking procedures, and oversee stock levels.
n

Requirements

- Experience in retail or customer service (healthcare experience a plus).
n




- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
n
- Calm, compassionate, and solution‐oriented under pressure.

- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
