About the Opportunity

n

As the FP&A; Analyst, you'll be at the heart of financial planning, analysis, and reporting for a major business segment. You'll partner with cross-functional stakeholders, support strategic decision-making, and drive continuous improvement across systems and processes.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Prepare, support, and consolidate internal financial performance management and reporting, including variance and trend analysis.
n
- Deliver insightful commentary on performance drivers and prepare scenario/sensitivity analysis and cost driver models.
n
- Lead the consolidated monthly forecast, annual budget,



and strategy processes - ensuring alignment with business objectives.
n
- Develop best-practice dashboards for financial analysis, commercial evaluation, and market insights.
n
- Provide functional department support for forecast and budget cost management.
n
- Drive process improvements, standardisation, and governance across finance systems.
n

What You Bring

- Experience working in a similar role, ideally in a mining, manufacturing, or similar industry
n
- Advanced Excel and Business Intelligence tool skills (SAP, PowerBI, etc)
n
- Exceptional financial modelling and analytical skills
n
- Strategic mindset with the ability to connect operational performance to long-term business outcomes
n
- Excellent communication skills - able to simplify complex insights for diverse stakeholders
n
- Resilience, attention to detail, and a collaborative, continuous improvement mindset
