The Role

We’re looking for a passionate Exercise Physiologist to join our team and help older Australians move better, feel stronger, and live with confidence. This is a hands-on role combining assessment, treatment, and group-based exercise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

What you’ll do

- Deliver high-quality assessments and evidence-based treatment plans tailored to older adults.
- Lead engaging classes and programs focused on mobility, balance, strength, and independence.
- Work collaboratively with Personal Trainers, and our broader team to deliver holistic care.
- Track and report member outcomes to demonstrate impact in positive ageing.




- Support The Monday Club community through education, member engagement, and wellness initiatives.

What we’re looking for

- Degree in Exercise Physiology.
- ESSA accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist.
- Proven experience working with older adults in rehab, wellness, or community settings.
- Strong exercise prescription skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills - able to build trust and rapport with members.
- A genuine passion for supporting people to live well and age well.
