Neurodivergent Psychology is a small, supportive private psychology practice based in Windsor, Brisbane, looking for Registered Psychologists to join a close-knit team of six clinicians. You can step into an established referral stream and build a caseload that suits your availability and areas of interest, without needing to source your own clients.

We are looking for two psychologists for a 70/30 contractor split role (you receive 70%) we would like someone interested in working with children/adolescents and someone that purely wants to work with adults.

Key responsibilities

- Provide psychological services to clients matched with you from an established waitlist
- Build and manage a caseload suited to your availability and areas of interest
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team of psychologists

About you

- General registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
- Appropriate professional indemnity insurance
- An active ABN
- 70/30 contractor split - you receive 70% of your billings




- Established waitlist and consistent referral stream
- Prospect to build your caseload and your name

- Supportive, relaxed and collaborative team of psychologists
- Training, guidance and supervision in general or for endorsement
- Administrative and practice support
- Halaxy (reception system) training for psychologists new to private practice
- Support to develop your skills if you wish to transition to sole trader
