The Firm & The Role

Are you a conveyancing solicitor who enjoys managing files from start to finish and building strong client relationships? Our client, a well-established boutique South Brisbane firm, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join its friendly team.

You will be responsible for:

- Managing residential conveyancing files from A-Z
- Reviewing and advising on contracts
- Handling residential sales and purchases
- Liaising with clients, agents, brokers and financiers
- Managing PEXA settlements
- Conducting due diligence and property searches
- Attending to post-settlement matters
- Providing a high standard of client service throughout the transaction process

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Solid end-to-end residential conveyancing experience
- Sound knowledge of Queensland property law and conveyancing processes
- Experience using PEXA




- Excellent organisational and file management skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- A client-focused and practical approach
