NORTHSIX is expanding its footprint and is investing in a standalone HR function to support its people and operations nationally. This hands‑on, standalone HR leadership role reports to the Managing Director and serves as the lead HR contact for the business across all states.
The successful candidate will manage recruitment support, onboarding, performance management and offboarding, and provide hands‑on advice to site leaders on day‑to‑day people matters.
