My client is a highly regarded Victorian Civil contractor that specialises in civil/ external works projects to $10m. They have excellent relationships working for major tier 1 & 2 commercial builders, with most of their work through repeat clients. Due to continual growth, they’re now looking to add an experienced supervisor to their team.
About the role
Reporting into the Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for the following:
- Ensure all aspects of the projects are running efficiently and on time through to completion
- Scheduling and coordinating work for onsite team
- Management of job site OH&S; requirements
- Site supervising on site crews
About you
To be successful you’ll ideally have the following experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supervisor/ foreman role
- Previous supervisory experience delivering civil/ external works projects to $5m
- Experience in managing sub contractors
