Employment Type : Temporary Part - Time until 30 June 2027 (pending ongoing funding)

Position Classification : Social Worker, Counsellor, Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist Level 1/2, Psychologist

Remuneration : $79,419.00 - $122,465.00 per annum, pro rata(+ super +17.5% leave loading where applicable)

Who we are:

The Temora CMHAOD team has approximately 9 multidisciplinary clinicians and a range of support staff, who provide MH AOD services, across the life span. Temora CMHAOD is collocated with Temora Hospital.

We work closely with Grand Pacific Health and other community organisations to ensure people receive the right care for their needs. At a district level we have access to clinical leaders for MH, AOD and other specialty services such as Aboriginal Mental Health,



eating disorders and Perinatal Infant Mental Health.

What you'll be doing:

The focus is on young people with complex or high needs who may be difficult to engage in effective treatment and support. The aim is to guide the future management of these young people in primary health settings, provide evidence-based interventions or to facilitate referral to specialist settings where required. These young people may be exhibiting behaviour which is indicative of a developing mental health problem, i.e. prodromal symptoms that may be recognised by parents, teachers or other service providers, e.g. Drug and Alcohol services.

Candidates will be required to meet the following criteria:

- Hold a relevant Australian recognised qualification as a Counsellor, Psychologist, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist or Registered Nurse.
- Registration (or eligibility) with Peak body eg AHPRA, PACFA, AASW
- NSW Working with children clearance
- Compliance with Vaccination category A
- Current Australian working rights (for the duration of this contract)
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel as required
