WSP is seeking a Lead Drafter to join the Newcastle Mining team. You will lead drafting delivery, mentor junior drafters and coordinate resources across diverse mining projects, while staying hands-on in project delivery and design development.
The role requires extensive experience in drafting for mining or related sectors, solid CAD/3D modelling skills and the ability to guide teams and ensure high-quality documentation and bid support.
