Exciting opportunity to become a clinical education leader for a well-established, values-driven aged care provider across Sydney.
This is a highly visible, autonomous role where you'll genuinely shape workforce capability and culture - not just deliver training, but influence how clinical excellence is embedded across the organisation.

The Opportunity
As Clinical Education Lead, you'll drive training, compliance, and staff development across three residential communities, partnering closely with Facility Managers to lead clinical training plans, competency frameworks, and core workforce capability.
Main duties include:
- Designing, delivering, and executing clinical training plans and competency assessments aligned with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
- Organising and executing training schedules tailored to the unique operational needs of each home
- Providing evidence-based guidance to Managers and Leaders on clinical risks, performance trends, and workforce development
- Overseeing tracking, auditing,
and reporting of mandatory training modules (including SIRS, Medication Management, and Restrictive Practices) via the LMS
- Supporting the broader People & Culture strategy through onboarding, professional development, and compliance education
What We're Looking For
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, without conditions or notations
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116/TAE40122) or an equivalent higher qualification
- Minimum 2 years' experience in residential aged care, ideally in a hands-on clinical educator or mentoring capacity
- Strong operational understanding of ACQSC Standards, clinical governance, and AN-ACC frameworks
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, confident facilitating group training and advising site leaders
- Valid Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel locally between sites
- Unlimited work rights within Australia
