Occupational Therapist | Deaf & Hard of Hearing | Hybrid Role
Our client has been active for almost 10 years, inspired by a personal connection to the deaf community. Today, they are a thriving multidisciplinary team of 15+ therapists delivering client-centered care across Melbourne.
With a solid focus on the deaf and hard of hearing community, they are now also expanding into aged care and SIL assessments - and are looking for additional Occupational Therapists to join them.

About the Role
- Manage a mixed caseload of NDIS participants, with opportunities to expand into aged care and SIL assessments
- Deliver therapy via home visits, shared office space and remote platforms
- Work closely with a culturally diverse, collaborative team of senior therapists and rehabilitation counsellors
- Engage with families, providers, and interpreters to ensure holistic care
Support Available
- First month dedicated to training and shadowing across service areas
- Weekly mentoring meetings with senior therapists for your first 6 months
- Ongoing monthly mentoring and training sessions to continue professional growth
- Time tracking that values both billable and non-billable hours - as long as your time is purposeful, it counts

About You
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration
- Driver's license and vehicle
- Full Australian working rights
- Minimum 1-2 years' post-graduate experience (new grads not considered)
