The business is growing — production needs to grow with it. Take ownership of a specialised CNC tube bending operation supplying hydraulic, industrial and aerospace customers . You'll drive production scheduling, workflow, output and delivery while building the systems, capability and accountability needed to support continued growth.

Experience

You've led production in a CNC, precision or advanced manufacturing environment and know how to turn demand into output. You'll be strong across scheduling, ERP, capacity planning and people performance, with the commercial judgement to remove bottlenecks, improve DIFOT, reduce NCRs and keep the workshop moving.
