Epworth Freemasons is recruiting two part time leadership roles in the Postnatal unit at East Melbourne. The positions (0.6 EFT and 0.7 EFT) will support the Midwife Unit Manager and drive high-quality postnatal care with a focus on team leadership and patient experience.
The successful candidates will have ANUM/AMUM experience or be ready to step into a leadership role, with strong communication, compassion, and mentoring skills.
