About the Role
n
We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance/Carpenter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and renovation work, with the ability to contribute effectively across various project sizes.
n
Our factory is based in Clayton South however, our projects are located throughout Port Phillip and South-East Melbourne.
n
This role will focus on general building maintenance work and small building projects, therefore the ideal candidate will be an experienced trade's person with a carpentry maintenance background.

Key Skills

Effective time management skills,
with a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining productivity
n
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
n
Clear and professional communication with clients, team members, and supervisors
n
Knowledge and understanding of Work Health and Safety principles
n
Building maintenance carpentry and minor construction competencies
n
Proficient in other building skills – tiling, plastering, painting, joinery alterations, general labour
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
Maintenance and Carpentry duties and various site
n
Deliver quality finish & excellent customer service
n
Attend and complete building maintenance works promptly
n
Maintain a neat and tidy personal appearance and wear company uniform
n
The capacity to work unsupervised
n
Valid driver's licence and a reliable Ute/Van with roof racks and toolboxes is a must
