Reflective Gardens is seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Tradesperson to join our established construction team.

For over 25 years, we have delivered award-winning residential landscapes, swimming pools and outdoor living spaces across Sydney's Northern Beaches, North Shore and Eastern Suburbs.

We are looking for a skilled and reliable tradesperson who takes pride in their workmanship, enjoys working as part of a professional team and wants stable, long-term employment.

About the Role

n

You will work across a diverse range of high-quality residential landscape and pool construction projects.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Structural landscape construction
n
- Paving, stonework and pool surrounds
n
- Retaining walls and masonry construction
n
- Drainage, excavation and site preparation
n
- Concreting, formwork and construction set-out
n
- Timber structures, screening and decking
n
- Soil preparation, turf installation and planting
n
- Reading and working from landscape plans, levels and specifications
n
- Safely operating construction tools, machinery and equipment
n
- Maintaining clean, organised and professional worksites
n
- Working closely with foremen, project managers, designers and other trades
n
- Assisting and mentoring apprentices and developing team members where required
n

About You

n

To succeed in this position, you will have:

n

n
- Proven experience in landscape construction or a closely related trade
n
- Strong practical skills across hard and soft landscaping
n
- Confidence working with stone, concrete, masonry and timber
n




- The ability to read plans and understand levels, measurements and construction details
n
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to site conditions
n
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in the finished result
n
- A reliable, positive and team-focused attitude
n
- Good communication and time-management skillsThe ability to work independently while following the direction of your foreman or project manager
n
- A current Australian driver's licence
n
- A valid White Card
n
- Full Australian working rights
n

n

A Certificate III in Landscape Construction or another relevant trade qualification will be highly regarded.

n

Experienced landscapers and qualified tradespeople with transferable skills in carpentry, paving, masonry, concreting or pool construction are also encouraged to apply.

This is a permanent employed position within our construction team. We are not seeking an ongoing full-time subcontractor arrangement for this role.
