What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Performing fabrication tasks across light or heavy steel projects
n
- Reading and interpreting workshop drawings
n
- MIG/TIG welding depending on project requirements
n
- Cutting, grinding,



and assembly of metal components
n
- Working collaboratively with a small, high-performing workshop team
n
- Maintaining safe work practices and a clean workspace
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Trade qualification: Boilermaker, Metal Fabricator, Welder, or similar
n
- Experience in workshop-based fabrication (light or heavy steel)
n
- Ability to work from drawings with accuracy and attention to detail
n
- Strong welding skills (MIG required; TIG desirable)
n
- Reliability, initiative, and pride in workmanship
n
