Wise Dental is excited to be opening our brand-new practice in Caringbah in the first week of September, and we're looking for an experienced Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our growing team on either a full-time or part-time basis. About the Role

n

As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a varied dual role supporting both our clinicians and patients.



This position includes evening and weekend shifts as part of a flexible roster.

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Chairside assisting across a variety of dental procedures
n
- Maintaining infection control and sterilisation standards
n
- Preparing treatment rooms and patients for treatment
n
- Reception duties, including patient bookings and enquiries
n
- Providing exceptional customer service while supporting the smooth operation of the practice
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- 1-2 years' experience as a Dental Assistant (Certificate III in Dental Assisting preferred)
n
- Excellent communication and patient relationship-building skills
n
- A professional presentation and positive attitude
n
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
n
- Availability to work evening and weekend shifts as part of a flexible roster
n
