An exciting prospect is available for an experienced Regional Manager to join one of Australia's leading early childhood education providers, overseeing a portfolio of 10 centres across Regional NSW.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead, coach and inspire Centre Managers across a portfolio of 10 centres.
n
- Drive occupancy, financial performance and operational excellence across your region.
n
- Champion exceptional family experiences and high-quality educational outcomes.
n
- Analyse business performance and implement strategies that improve results across multiple sites.
n
- Partner with People & Culture, Quality, Compliance and Facilities teams to support continuous improvement.
n
- Ensure all centres operate in line with the National Quality Framework and relevant legislative requirements.
n
- Conduct regular site visits, providing hands-on leadership,



coaching and operational support.
n
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders while acting as the link between your centres and the wider business.
n

About You

n

You're an experienced multi-site leader who enjoys developing people just as much as delivering results.

n

You'll bring:

n

n
- 3+ years' experience leading multiple sites as an Area Manager, Regional Manager or similar.
n
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to improve occupancy, financial performance and operational outcomes.
n
- A coaching mindset with the ability to develop high-performing leaders and teams.
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
n
- A collaborative leadership style with a passion for continuous improvement.
n

Highly regarded:

n

n
- Experience within the early childhood education sector.
n
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and state regulatory requirements.
n
- Experience supporting acquisitions or large-scale business improvement initiatives.
n
