We have a great opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our team on a permanent full-time basis at our Kia and Mitsubishi Dealership in Toowong.

n

Our candidate will have a can do attitude, enjoy a fast paced environment with a strong focus on customer service.

n

The Role:

n

n
- Working Monday – Friday you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction within the service department in addition to:
n
- Face-to-face contact with servicing customers as they drop off and pick up their vehicles.
n
- Maintaining regular contact with our servicing customers & provide updates on their vehicles.
n




- Liaising with internal workshop employees to ensure that jobs are completed within time frames
n
- Demonstrated experience in a customer facing role
n
- Professional, polished presentation with a focus on customer service
n
- Qualified integrity – punctual, reliable and honest
n
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
n
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
n
- Current Drivers Licence
n
- Previous experience in a similar role within a dealership will be highly regarded but not essential
n
