SRA Solutions are going through an extraordinary period of growth and redefining the market with class-leading solutions to our customers and with this we are we are looking for an exceptional Head of Project Delivery or a suitably experienced individual to join our growing team.

n

The Head of Project Delivery is responsible for our Project Management team, who manage Data Centre Facilities Construction & fit out including fixed and modular, server & server rack installation, overhead cable management, containment, caging, integration of electronic locks, PDUs, environmental sensors as well as management of mechanical, electrical, security and fire contractors to install their respective systems as required.

You will have extensive experience in managing construction projects and ensure rigorous processes are in place for safety, commercial, documentation, and risk management. You will be working with a team of experienced Data Centre project managers and in-house technical specialists as part of Australia's most trusted infrastructure solutions provider.

Project-based workload requires flexibility and commitment to accommodating shifting priorities and deadlines. Infrequent interstate travel should be expected based on project demands.

This position is based in Sydney NSW.

Requirements

n

On and Off Site Management of project scope, budgets and timeline through rigorous documentation

n

Engage with Customers, Project Stakeholders, Vendors and Internal Management to relay project status and elevate risks or issues

n

Develop and maintain standardised documentation and procedures to use within Turnkey Projects

n

Ensure all workers adhere to safety procedures and risk management protocols

n

Review and undertake WHSE responsibilities to ensure compliance as required on a job-by-job basis

n

Maintain contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and handle escalation

n

Report routinely on project status and financial performance

n

Interstate travel may be required for attending industry networking events, project site visits and customer presentations

n

Site management, Project Planning, Risk Management, Time and other management skills

n

Communication, Problem Solving and leadership skills

n

Experience in Construction Management, Strategic Planning, Risk Management or Change Management

n

Proficiency in Project Management Software & Tools

n

Contract Negotiation

n

Current AFP Police Check & NV1 clearance, or the ability to obtain

n

Trade Qualification would be highly regarded though not mandatory

n
