Mathiou Services is expanding and we are looking for a Maintenance & Gardening Technician who enjoys a mix of outdoor work, problem solving, and keeping sites looking their best. If you're practical, reliable, and enjoy being part of a excellent team, this could be the role for you!

The Maintenance Technician role includes works across a broad range of areas, including but not limited to:

n

Wall fixtures - ie TVs, Shelving, cupboards etc

n

Small patching/ painting

n

Locks - basic install and repairs

n

General property maintenance

n

Must have:

n

Minimum 2 years' experience in a Handyman/ Maintenance role

n

Broad Handyman/ maintenance knowledge/ skill set

n





Own hand tools

n

Own Steel cap footwear

n

Ability to use Smart phone (to access the job management system)

n

Current manual driver's license

n

Construction – White/Blue Card

n

Be willing to undergo a Police Check

n

Hold (or willing to obtain) a Working with Children Blue Card

n
