Our client is an established Australian organisation with a big reputation for delivering landscaping on large civil and commercial projects across the country.

This formidable outfit in the landscaping industry has built a solid and tight-knit crew of 50+ construction staff in the division, who continue to pump out projects to the highest quality.

Their repeat clientele are predominantly Tier 1 contractors and Local Government, with typical projects ranging from $1m - $10m.

You will work collaboratively with an experienced and proven Project Manager, inherit a trusted Leading Hand and crew of qualified and hardworking personnel, and work closely with clients to deliver the goods.

The Role

- Read and interpret plans
n
- Site set out
n
- Procurement of materials, equipment and resources
n
- Subcontractor management
n
- WHS implementation
n
- Quality control
n
- Oversee and delegate duties to Trades & Labour
n
- Liaise with clients
n
- Report in collaboration with a Project Manager
n
- Cost tracking and forecasting
n

The Requirements

n

n
- 2-3 years as a Foreman, Supervisor or Site Manager
n
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture
n
- Experience on commercial or civil landscaping projects
n
- Drivers license
n

n
