Tangalooma Island Resort is looking for an experienced Reservations Consultant to join our friendly Head Office team in Eagle Farm. This full-time role focuses on overseas inbound guests and international school groups, working closely with our Reservations Groups Supervisor and Reservations Managers.
n
We're looking for someone who doesn't just process bookings—they own them. Someone who understands the importance of flawless itineraries, values accuracy above all else, and takes pride in delivering a seamless experience for every guest.

From accommodation and ferry transfers to activities and dining, you'll ensure every booking is accurate and every itinerary is executed without error, helping create unforgettable Tangalooma experiences.

What You'll Be Doing
n
Manage reservations for overseas inbound guests and international school groups.
n
Coordinate accommodation, ferry transfers, tours, day trips, dining requirements and travel confirmations.
n
Prepare quotes, confirmations, itineraries and travel documentation.
n
Manage rooming lists, traveller information and payment deadlines.
n
Coordinate booking changes and resolve travel disruptions efficiently.
n
Liaise with wholesale and retail travel partners to confirm bookings, provide availability and prepare itineraries.
n
Work closely with internal teams to ensure every booking runs smoothly from start to finish.
n
What You'll Bring
n
At least 2 years' experience in inbound tourism, wholesale travel or group reservations.
n
Proven experience coordinating multiple group bookings in a fast-paced workplace.
n
Exceptional attention to detail—because even the smallest error can impact a guest's holiday.
n
The ability to interpret and execute complex travel itineraries accurately and confidently.
n
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
n
A positive, team-focused attitude and a genuine passion for tourism and customer service.
