Please note this is an onsite role. It is initially offered as a fixed-term full-time position, with the potential to transition to a permanent role.

We've recently invested in major IT advancements, including SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Salesforce, and SuccessFactors, and we are now expanding our team to support the next stage of our digital transformation.

n

We are seeking SAP Specialists with expertise in Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse/Distribution, and Sales to help drive system adoption and business process improvements across all our Australian operations.

n

About the Roles:

n

n
- Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for allocated and specific departments, training, and adoption activities across the Digital Transformation program.
n
- Supporting business teams through Go-Live, Hypercare, and post-deployment projects.
n
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external system integrators to ensure a smooth rollout of SAP S/4HANA Cloud and related platforms.
n




- Documenting and embedding new business processes aligned with SAP best practices.
n
- Acting as floor support during site rollouts to ensure successful transition and knowledge transfer.
n
- Please note, Australia interstate travel may be required before, during, and after projects for system to go-live.
n

We are looking for talented staff with skills in the following areas:

n

n
- Finance (FICO, Group Reporting).
n
- Warehouse & Distribution (IM/EWM).
n
- HR / Payroll (Success Factor, SF).
n

n

What You Bring:

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related.
n
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud modules (FICO/PP/SD/MM/IM-EWM).
n
- Exposure to SAP BTP, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, or data migration/integration is highly regarded.
n
- Full Australian Working Rights (Working Holiday Visas and Requiring Employer Sponsorship Applications will not be considered at this time).
n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
n
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
n
- Business process expertise to optimise efficiency and adoption.
n
- Experience in the food industry is preferred but not essential.
n
