We are looking for a hands-on Retail Manager to lead the front-of-shop team at Priceline Pharmacy Queen Street Mall.

n

This role is focused on keeping the store running smoothly day to day, with strong attention to customer service, store presentation, stock availability, team support, stock control and loss prevention.

n

You will help guide the retail team, maintain high standards across the shop floor, support catalogue and promotional activity, and ensure stock is presented well and available for customers.

n

The role would suit someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading by example and creating a positive, organised and customer-focused retail environment.

n

Key responsibilities include:

Leading, supporting and training the retail team.

n

Maintaining robust store presentation and customer service standards.

n

Leading stock control,



replenishment and gap-check routines.

n

Supporting catalogue promotions, displays and merchandising standards.

n

Identifying high-selling items and ensuring strong stock availability to support front-of-shop sales.

n

Improving customer experience and store layout by reducing dead stock and keeping key ranges easy to shop.

n

Leading loss-prevention routines, including stock counts and team awareness.

n

Working with the pharmacy and ownership team to improve day-to-day store performance.

n

We are looking for someone organised, proactive and confident working in a busy retail environment. Pharmacy retail experience is highly regarded, but candidates from high-volume retail, department management, beauty, health or customer-focused retail backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
