At Adina Sydney Darling Harbour, we're looking for a commercially astute and people-focused Hotel Manager to lead our team and continue delivering outstanding guest experiences in one of Sydney's most vibrant locations.

Adina Sydney Darling Harbour is reopening following a full refurbishment. A premium apartment hotel in one of Sydney's most vibrant waterfront locations. Located on King Street Wharf, only a short walk from Barangaroo, the CBD and ICC, the hotel offers 114 spacious studios and apartments designed to give guests comfort, flexibility, and space to stay their own way.

About the Role
n
As Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the hotel. Reporting to the Area Hotel General Manager, you'll lead all departments while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and exceptional service.
n
You'll balance strategic leadership with a hands-on approach, ensuring the hotel consistently achieves financial, operational, guest experience, and people objectives.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
n
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and compliance with brand and safety standards.
n
- Drive commercial performance by delivering revenue, profitability, and Net RevPAR targets through effective budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning.
n
- Inspire, coach, and develop leaders and teams, fostering a high-performing, inclusive culture focused on engagement, retention, and succession planning.
n
- Build strong relationships with owners, stakeholders, suppliers, and the local community,
providing regular communication on business performance and opportunities.
n
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, resolve operational issues and critical incidents, and identify opportunities to enhance productivity, guest satisfaction, and overall business results.

What You'll Bring
n
n
- 4+ years' experience in hotel leadership roles, ideally as a Hotel Manager (100+ Keys)
n
- Proven track record leading full-service hotel operations through major refurbishment or reopening projects.
n
- Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and profitability
n
- Strong financial management, budgeting and forecasting experience
n
- Excellent people leadership and talent development skills
n
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and owner relationships
n
- Solid understanding of revenue management and market performance metrics
n
- Ability to lead confidently through change and complex situations
n
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Current RSA Certificate and Current Provide First Aid certification (or equivalent)
n
- Full, unrestricted Australian working rights (sponsorship is not available for this position).
