The Role

This is hands-on food production - similar to sushi making in how it feels.

You will work at your own station, following step-by-step systems, focusing on precision, presentation, and consistency.

Most ingredients are already prepared, so your focus is on assembly, accuracy, and speed.

What You'll Be Doing

- Assemble salads, wraps, sandwiches, and platters with sushi-level consistency and presentation
n
- Work at your station using pre-prepared ingredients
n
- Follow our clear, structured systems - we train you properly
n
- Work with pace to meet production targets (without chaos)
n
- Keep your station clean, organised, and food-safe
n
- Rotate across stations as you build capability
n
