Role Description

n

This is a full-time or part-time, on-site Bookkeeper role based in Sunshine Coast, QLD. You would be responsible for:

n

Liaising and communicating with clients and the ATO as required

n

Managing all bookkeeping duties including payroll, aged payables and bank reconciliation

n

Preparing and completing BAS on an ad hoc basis

n

Supporting senior accountants and partners with advisory projects (budgets, cashflows and quarterly reporting packs)

n

Providing accounting software training and support to team members and clients

n

Contributing to team billing targets

n

Training, supporting, and overseeing bookkeeping & BAS team members

n

Skills & Experience

n

Prior bookkeeping experience required (in-house or within an accounting practice)

n

Proficient in Xero, MYOB & QuickBooks

n

Have had experience preparing BAS

n

Self motivated and ability to manage your own workflow

n
