- Building budgets, forecasts and financial models directly with site and operational leaders - not just producing numbers, but shaping decisions
- Digging into commercial contracts and partner agreements to find where profitability can improve
- Running the analysis behind new site investments and growth initiatives
- Building out Power BI dashboards that people actually use
- Getting in front of stakeholders, presenting, challenging assumptions, and being taken seriously while you do it

What you'll bring

- CA or CPA qualified, degree in Accounting, Commerce or related
- 3+ years post-qualification experience in FP&A;, Commercial Finance or Business Partnering
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and modelling chops, advanced Excel, comfortable in Power BI
- Confidence to challenge and influence - not just report the numbers
- Background in FMCG, retail, product businesses highly regarded, but not essential
