Talent Corp is seeking a Senior IT Change Officer to lead communications, engagement and capability-building across a large technology setting. You will help users understand, adopt and confidently use IT tools, services, policies and processes.

This role focuses on developing engaging communications, targeted engagement approaches, training support and feedback mechanisms to make technology changes easier to understand and adopt. Local Government experience will be highly regarded.
