The Department of Justice and Community Safety in Victoria is seeking a Senior Workforce Development Officer on a 12-month fixed-term VPS5 basis, based in Melbourne. You will lead workforce development projects, build capability, and support attraction, recruitment and retention across Forensic Intervention Services.

You will develop partnerships with tertiary institutions and government bodies, provide strategic advice on workforce trends, manage a small team and BAU activities, and deliver
