Senior Associate - Employment & Workplace Relations

This is an opportunity to work directly with an established Employment & Workplace Relations Partner while playing a key role in the growth of a cooperative and high-performing team.

You will advise a broad range of employer clients including corporates, government entities, statutory authorities and major organisations across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The practice is involved in complex workplace disputes, investigations, disciplinary matters, enterprise bargaining, workplace policies, employment contracts, restraint of trade issues, discrimination claims and strategic workplace advice.

About You

- Admitted solicitor with approximately 5+ years PAE in employment, workplace relations or litigation.
- Strong technical and drafting skills.
- Experience managing matters with a degree of autonomy.
- A passion for client service and developing long-term client relationships.
- Previous mentoring or supervision experience, or a genuine desire to develop junior lawyers.
