As Manager Clinical Coding, you'll help ensure high-quality health information supports better patient care, service planning and decision-making across the region.

- Partnering with clinicians and leaders to strengthen clinical documentation and coding quality.

- Degree qualification in Health Information Management (or equivalent) with professional membership eligibility.
- Extensive clinical coding, auditing and quality improvement experience.
- Strong knowledge of activity-based funding and data quality principles.
- Proven leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.





You'll stand out if you have recognised professional accreditation and experience leading large or multi-site coding teams.
